Cupping
Therapeutic cupping is an alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create a vacuum or negative pressure to facilitate healing and alleviate various health issues, including injury. This negative pressure effect helps to increase blood flow to the treated area and deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissues to aid in the healing process. In the case of common Pickleball Injury, cupping has shown to be effective in releasing muscle tightness associated with the constant start/stop motion in Pickleball.
